Arts and Crafts Residence
Material Space is delighted to have supplied various materials into this grand Arts and Crafts Auckland home. The owners' ambition was to reimagine and reconstruct one of Auckland's most prominent classic homes for the 21st century and beyond.
“Existing heritage materials were preserved and enhanced with the addition of high quality new timber and stone, including European Oak and marble."
Through Material spaces consultative approach, materials were presented and sourced for the various areas of the project including - marble floors to the entrance and stairs, marble mosaics and tiles to the bathrooms and handmade terracotta tiles to the lower level.
