INAX – Toukushime

INAX ceramic tiles and mosaics are expertly crafted in various colours, glazes, textures, formats and shapes.  Conceived in 1924 after collaborating on the Imperial hotel with praised American architect Frank Lloyd Wright, this exceptional Japanese manufacturer demonstrates a thorough understanding of their material resulting in unique, interesting and thoughtful collections.

Toukushime is a well proportioned textural tile, its charm evident in it’s scratched surface and variable colour and tone within and between each tile.

**Japanese mosaics and tiles are produced by artisan manufacturing techinques.  Variation of glaze, colour and dimensions are expected.
